We integrate rigorous, ethically centered General Studies, Judaic, and Hebrew Curriculum with an emphasis on student centered learning. Our Core Academics of Mathematics, Science, English and Hebrew Language Arts, Judaic Studies and Social Studies provide a solid foundation for high school and beyond.
Students follow their Jewish journey through Hebrew immersion in Jewish history, Chumash, Rabbinics, and Jewish customs and traditions. Music, visual and performing arts are incorporated into grade level Judaic milestone ceremonies: Chumash, Siddur, Kabbalat Shabbat, Havdalah, and Torah Reading ceremonies.
The comprehensive Singapore Mathematics curriculum is complemented by STEM projects, Math Enrichment, Math Mania website, Math Olympiads, and Math club in middle school.
Inquiry and project based Science curriculum begins in pre-kindergarten and is enriched with coding, robotics, and 3D design and printing.
English and Hebrew Language Arts foster strong written and oral communication skills, fluency and comprehension of various styles of literature.
Social Studies provides students with the knowledge, skills, and multiple perspectives needed to become active, informed citizens and contributing members of local, state, national and global communities in the digital age. Students are immersed in the study of English and Jewish texts as well as World, American, and Jewish History including the Holocaust.
Technology is integrated into both the General and Judaic studies curricula along with special projects in our Media Center.
We educate the whole child by instilling confidence and offering opportunities for social and emotional learning and growth. We get to know our students’ individual strengths and challenges. We value student centered learning and foster a culture of inquiry and learning. Our students are responsible, adaptable, confident, purposeful, successful and happy.
